At Emily’s Dolly Dog Grooming we offer professional and certified pet grooming services tailored to your pet’s needs. All sizes and breeds of dogs are welcome. From Express Grooms to Full Grooms we cater for all requirements. We fluff dry, hand-scissor, clip, and hand-strip. Whether you request a breed specific style or something fun and different, we will do our best to make you and your pet happy. Appointments are necessary.
Emily's Dolly Dog Grooming was founded by , yes you've guessed it... Emily. Her inspirations for becoming a dog groomer started from a young age. Having grown up with Horses, Dogs, Cats, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, (you name it - she had it), Emily deeply fell in love with all things dogs. Growing up Emily had three Labradors and was always washing, brushing and cuddling her dogs.
10 Years ago, Emily's mother brought home a tiny ball of cotton wool, Bruce the Bichon Frise, this was when Emily started to form a passion for grooming as she would forever be bathing, brushing and drying him. Emily's journey to become a qualified dog groomer had begun.
If anyone could understand the heart bursting love, we all feel for our pets then it’s Emily! That's why Emily's Dolly Dog grooming offers a high standard of love care and devotion to all dogs. They will be treated like part of the family while in our care. It’s of high importance to us that all dogs are happy and relaxed when in our grooming facilities. with us you can be sure that your dog will be put first and its health and happiness is our number one priority. We are always learning new skills and treatments as often attend grooming shows, seminars and grooming related meetings. Emily's Dolly Dog Grooming offer the highest of working standards and we are always looking for new ways to keep improving our services. We assess all our dogs to make sure they are in good health before pampering them. We have high hygiene standards in our groom room and work in a safe working environment. All our equipment is checked regularly to make sure it is in good condition.
All the products we use are high quality, professional and gentle on the skin with nice subtle fragrances. We understand that some dogs have skin condition or allergies. We do have non-allergenic products available and are also happy to use your own products if you bring them to the groom room with your dog.
Ozone Spa Bath
Soothe and relax tired muscles in an ozone spa bath infused with green tea and aloe vera. The spa bath releases thousands of tiny bubbles per minute to massage the skin and relax joints and muscles for an immediate sense of well-being. This experience treats the skin and coat with contents rich in minerals, toning up during hair changing, stress periods, and recovery periods.

HAND STRIPPING
Hand stripping is a grooming technique for dogs that is required to properly maintain a wire hair coat. During the process, we will remove dead hairs by hand with the use of a stripping knife, to restore the dog's wire coat and leave room for fresh hair growth. This service costs from an additional £10 on top of the full groom price.
Spa Treatments
Nourish, strengthen, and encourage healthy cell regeneration with a therapeutic mud body treatment. As the mud detoxifies your dog’s skin, removing dirt, oils and other toxins, dead skin cells are replaced with nourishing minerals and soothing relief, boosting your dog’s ability to fight infections, dry skin, and other irritations that can lead to canine dermatitis. Mud is applied all over the body and massaged into the skin and fur.

Skin Soothe treatment: hot spot treatment for irritated, itchy, blemished skin; loaded with antioxidants and astringent ingredients to promote healing and comfort.

Skin Relief treatment: a toxin free, chemical-free, detergent free way to relief from parasites, while fortifying and hydrating the skin. Excellent way to fight yeast and parasites, an overall healthy dog mud bath treatment.

Coat care treatment: rejuvenate your dog’s skin and coat and help relieve and prevent excessive shedding by removing loose fur, releasing undercoat, and unclogging hair follicles.

Mobility treatment: relieves sore muscles and achy joints from exercise, arthritis, hip/elbow dysplasia, and other afflictions.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT...
Please ensure that your dog has had their walk and been to toilet.
FLEAS
Please advise us beforehand if your dog has fleas. If fleas are found on your dog during the visit we will apply an extra charge of £10 to use Flea Repellent Shampoo and to sanitise the groom room.
ANAL GLANDS
This is considered a medical procedure and therefore we will not undertake the procedure of expressing your dog’s anal glands and we recommend that a qualified vet does this.
PICKING UP YOUR DOG
Please ensure that you collect your dog at the specified collection time as we work to a tight
schedule. Please note that a fee of £5 per 20 minutes past the collection time will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can release your appointment time to other clients.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change as extra work may be needed due to Matting, Knots, behaviour, or fleas
ARRIVING LATE
If you are going to be late to your appointment please let me know ASAP. I work by appointments only and to a tight schedule. For this reason, if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment I may not be able to groom your dog and may need to reschedule your appointment.
